POCATELLO, Idaho Senior Justin Franz of the Idaho State track and field team has been named this week's Big Sky Men's Field Athlete of the Week in a report by league officials on Monday. Franz was also named the U.S. Bank Bengal Athlete of the Week for his performance at the Wildcat Winter Open on Dec. 2nd.
