COMING UP: Season Complete

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A total of 13 student-athletes were honored recently as Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes at the conclusion of their respective fall sports seasons.

VANCOUVER, Wash. Alex Martin became the fifth College of Idaho runner to earn All-America honors, leading the Coyotes to a tenth-place finish at the 2017 NAIA Men's Cross Country National Championships at Fort Vancouver National Historic Site.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. Both College of Idaho cross country teams were extended at-large bids to the 2017 NAIA National Championships, set for Nov. 17 in Vancouver, Wash.

LA GRANDE, Ore. All-Conference runs by Alex Martin and Andrew Sutton helped the College of Idaho to their second-straight second-place finish at the Cascade Conference Championships, presented by U.S. Bank, at Lane Farms.

ROCKLIN, Calif. Placing seven runners in the overall Top-20, the College of Idaho gave defending national champion Southern Oregon everything they could handle placing second at the Warrior Invitational, hosted by William Jessup University.

The College of Idaho swept the Cascade Conference Red Lion Athlete of the Week awards for cross country with Molly Vitale-Sullivan on the women's side and Alex Martin on the men's side.

CEDAR CITY, Utah Competing against a field comprised of four NCAA men's teams, the College of Idaho used a tight group of pack running to place fourth overall at the Color Country Classic, hosted by Southern Utah University, at Cedar Ridge Golf Course.
