POCATELLO, Idaho -- On Thursday afternoon, the track and field team gathered to present Dan Garz with the Jackie Poulson Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship was a surprise to Garz and presented by Poulson's mother, Deb, and step-father Fred Bailey.
