Josh Brown picked up his first Red Lion Cascade Conference Field Athlete of the Week honor earlier this week following his stellar performance in the men's weight throw last weekend.

NAMPA, Idaho Josh Brown hit the NAIA "B" qualifying mark in the 35-pound weight throw, highlighting a small contingent of College of Idaho athletes at the Bronco Invitational at the Jackson Indoor Track Facility.

The College of Idaho men's track and field team looks to build on a strong season last year which culminated in a second-place Cascade Conference finish and five NAIA Championship qualifiers.
