CALDWELL, Idaho - Ellyse Tingelstad of the No. 6 women's cross country team picked up a pair of honors on Monday. Tingelstad was selected as the M-F National Athlete of the Week by the United States Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association. Plus, she was selected as the Rize Laboratory Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for a third time this season on Monday.
