POCATELLO, Idaho - Joseph Simmons always had a goal of wearing the Team USA uniform. At the end of May, the Bengal sophomore-to-be cross country runner applied for the Men's U.S. Junior Mountain Running team and his dream came true a few days later, although it took a little longer than expected to find out the news.
