POCATELLO, Idaho Idaho State track and field's Ty James and Bailey Bars advance to the NCAA Division I West Preliminary Round after ending the season ranked in the top-48 for their respective events. They will compete alongside the top athletes in the nation at Rock Chalk Park in Lawrence, Kan., this weekend.
