LA GRANDE, Ore. - College of Idaho middle distance runners claimed both Red Lion-Cascade Conference Runner of the Week honors after outstanding performances at the Bronco Invitational.

NAMPA, Idaho Amy Pfaff crushed the school record in establishing an automatic NAIA qualifying time in the 1,000-meters, helping the College of Idaho to a big day at the Bronco Invitational at the Jackson's Track.

NAMPA, Idaho A record-setting debut for Hayley Morse in the shot put and a quality day for College of Idaho sprinters paved the way to an outstanding Day 2 of the Ed Jacoby Invitational, hosted by Boise State, at the Jackson's Indoor Track.

NAMPA, Idaho Tiana Thomas recorded indoor personal best marks in all five events of the pentathlon, hitting the NAIA "A" qualifying standard in the season-opening Ed Jacoby Invitational at the Jackson's Indoor Track.
