LA GRANDE, Ore. - College of Idaho's Max Hampton was named Red Lion-Cascade Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week, announced by the league office.

NAMPA, Idaho Max Hampton claimed the individual title, leading a tight pack of College of Idaho runners to the team crown at the 2014 Roger Curran Invitational at West Park.
